Currently, my hobby is ManCrafting. This is a term that was created during ribbing by our wives. We used it as kind of a joke because we we were doing arts and crafts with sandblasters originally. Since that time we have expanded to all sorts of crafting skills. My content is for everyone, It's not an exclusive club. If you have questions please ask. I'm here to help. -Chad

FANUC Robotics Factory Tour w/ @Shawnbbeckner & @WorksbySolo #robots #robotics #manufacturing
I am fortunate that i have a lot of friends who do a lot of cool jobs. One of these people is @Shawnbbeckner who is one of the top technicians at FANUC in Michigan. This is a rapidly growing industry. Many repetitive tasks that are tough to find people to fill the jobs will be replaced by robots that don’t care how boring the task is. They will do that task 24 hours a day for years without complaint. Without injury. Without sick time, long or short time leave or even vacation. Oh, and they will do it way cheaper. What do you think? Fear or embrace?

How long do those funnels last?
I still have my original. They get dirty but the cutting doesn’t really touch them.
@@ManCrafting thanks for the info, i just picked a used langmuir up
Awesome job and video! Like the overlay text and tunes 👌 thanks for sharing!!🙏

Is there any way to power a lock like this?
Do you have a link to the part you bought?
Here you go. amzn.to/46kpqiB
Recently swapped my lock out just to find out the keys don’t work. Is there anything I’m missing?
I’m not sure. I’d contact the seller and get a replacement.
I just use my sandblast cabinet. It eliminates rust and mill scale really quickly with no mess. I use a lot of air tools and a plasma cutter so I already have a moderate size air compressor (11.8 CFM) with a DIY after cooler that will maintain 100 psi of dry air in the line with the cabinet in use.
Sounds like a great setup. Lots of advantages to using a sand blaster for sure.
Best video on how to set the trap. Others make it look like you need a mechanical engineering degree to set it! Thanks!
Did uyou have to remove the thermocouple to get it to 400?
Not on this one. I did add insulation to the bottom to accelerate the time to 400.
Thank you nice one
Thank you. Glad it helped.
What was the rust inhibitor that was used?
Baking Soda and water.
..
What is with this phuckin song
If you got nothing to say, don't make a video
I tore mine apart trying to get it out. Now I know why…..😂
That stinks. Hopefully it’s able to be repaired inexpensively.
This was a HUGE help for me, thanks so much for posting it
I’m glad it helped. I actually have referred to recently myself. 😂 these icemakers don’t have a very long life span.
Thanks ❤
Glad it helped.
You are further slowing down the vinegar by covering it with a lid. It needs to have access to air. White vinegar works fine overnight. Use baking soda water to stop the acid action. Been using white vinegar for decades for removing rust and forging scale.
does this work for those 40 oz tumblers? if not do i just do two sessions of acetone or another chemical? Thank you for the video ❤❤
Any powder coated or duracoated tumblers should work.
@mancraftingtm what laser is this ? Thanks
Hey. Thanks for asking. It’s a Boss 1630 with a 100w tube. I’m about to replace it with an Aron Nova 10. If you have questions let me know. You can email me at ManCrafting101@gmail.com
@@ManCrafting thank you appreciate it
There is/are less elaborate ways using the same tools.
Of course. This is just the simplest.
Will this work with the paint that Yeti comes with? I got a stainless waterbottle for free but don't love the color and just want naked Stainless Steel.
Yes. YETI will definitely work.
Will this work for the coating that’s on yeti products?
It will.
@@ManCrafting Will lacquer thinner work you think? I have extra of that right now.
All these years...but I'm glad I found now! Thank you!
Glad it helped.
My question would be: do you need anything at all with a CO2 laser? Those various masking methods are required for diode lasers AFAIK, CO2 can do glass and transparent acrylics on the spot I thought.
I’ve actually switched to almost exclusively tempura paint when lasering glass with my CO2 laser. It looks more consistent and doesn’t fracture chips of glass like I’d get with plain glass.
This is a video of one dumba%% trying to teach another dumba%% how to weld.
That’s my neighborhoods old trailer lol
Genius! Thank you!!!!
10:10 Can't see - was there much smoke coming out the top on start up - want to be more discreet when the neighbours have their laundry hanging up.
Initially there was some, but once it got going it was pretty clean.
This comment will most likely draw attention, but it is what it is I've been breathing in Acid fumes for 22 years the only thing I have noticed is I haven't had a cold or any illness in that time
I hope that holds true. I suppose it depends on the acid concentration and the amount of air moving in the area. Have you had a chest x-ray?
@@ManCrafting yeah my lungs are excellent for my age
Don't you think only two perpendicular bisectors are Sufficient, Can you explain why you need a third Perp. Bisector
I have trust issues.
Brilliant, thanks!!
Glad it helped.
I have this machine. It's exciting. But there is a learning curve. I gotta repair a cooling fin on an aluminum motorcycle head. If anyone wants to chime in with tips on that let us know!
How did the repair go?
Thank you for this video.

Great way to find a Center point 👉☝️ !! You have a Good One !!
That is not the easiest or quickest way. this is! draw a square around the circle then draw a line from each corner to find the center. your welcome.
Looks pretty freaking cool!
That's awesome!
Measure the circumference, with a thread, fold it in half, you get a semi circle, join the ends, measure the diameter, divide it by two.. that's where centre is..
I own 2 guinea pigs and my literally never squaking. Even when i give them food they are like "thanks for food". I know they love me by their behaviour but mine never squeak. Mine are more purring and i think its kinda funny how i wanted them to be noisy while other people hate them for being noisy. Stillyou should always do research before buing a pet. At first i was supposed to get a chinchilla but they need a lot of exercise so we got guinea pigs and i love them and so we need to do huge research so we dont end up buying a animal that we hate
You got lucky. They love to squeal.
Does anyone know if this will work OK on motorcycles with LED turn lights?
Should work great.
@@ManCrafting Thanks.
The centre of a circle is always in the middle
100% of the time.
Why do you need 3 lines…you have got it after 2 right angles…the intersection
Because I’m extra. Really two is sufficient if they are done right.
There is no reason to draw the 3rd line and a line 90 to it. You have located the center when the second line crosses the first at the center. Using an 'awl' will scribe a much narrower line than your black crayon! Just saying ........
I used a line that would be visible for the video. A scribe line would be the most accurate. It’s just not easy to see.
Where can I find that cool stand? Amazing
I’m pretty sure I got it at Jeff Stockton’s table when we we at Lightburn Expo. One of his friends makes them.
@@ManCrafting I will reach out to Jeff. At the time of LBX I didnt have my fiber. I’ve nothing for jigs. Thanks for the information.
Oh I see what u do. They start out opposite then u pull the sides together and safety. Cool
Glad you figured it out. Good luck.
I have a couple of these but it looks like my trigger catch and bait wires are on opposite sides of the square frame. Is that possible? Will the trap work if the bait wires are on the bottom facing up?????
Theres literally ONE bee every year in my hole. They lay 6 to 8 all fly away but one. We've had one every year for 7 years now in our porch. I watched 6 come out of the hole this morning and NONE will return but ONE. Y KILL THEM?? SERIOSULY. WIND CHIMES DETER THEM THEY DONT LIKE VIBRATIONS. PEPPERMINT SPEARMINT DETER THEM. Y KILL THEM. WHO SAID U CAN DECIDE WHAT LIVES OR DIES HERE?
I can see you’re very passionate about this. I’ve seen 28 come out of one hole after a treatment. I’ve replaced entire facia boards due to damage. Remove and replace entire gutters because of the damage. Log homes that were only a few years old looking like Swiss cheese. Not every area has the same insect population. Some areas need protection your solutions don’t resolve.
I was taught this method when I was in shop/drafting class in 7th grade. 60 years ago. I forgot it thru the years but you brought back a fond memory for me. I got our teacher fired for calling me a dumbass in front of witnesses.
Times were different then. Surprised they actually fired the teacher.
You only need 2 lines, not 3.
Indeed. Two identical secants. Perpendicular lines from the midpoints intersect at the centre.
